Houston we finally have lift off
While Texas’ newest millionaire probably lives somewhere around Seguin, Houstonians have had a stroke of luck in the past with the lottery.
The last time the game had a jackpot winner of more than $30 million was for the May 16, 2018 drawing, which was claimed by a Houston resident who purchased the winning ticket at MJ’s All Season Food Store.
The game has also made history before, but it’s been a while. You can be part of changing the course of history in Houston by claiming a “Texas online casino no deposit bonus.”
More recently a jackpot-winning ticket worth an estimated $19 million dollars was sold in Willis, the Texas Lottery reported. The executive director of the Texas Lottery Gary Grief said, “We look forward to meeting the sixth Lotto Texas jackpot winner of 2022”. He also added that “If you have the winning ticket, we encourage you to sign the ticket, put it in a safe place, seek financial and legal advice, and call the Texas Lottery to schedule an appointment to claim the prize.”
The winning ticket was for the Lotto Texas drawing held on Sept. 17. The winner who has not yet been identified purchased it at Master Food Mart, located at 13053 E. FM 1097 Road. The winning Quick Pick ticket matched all six of the numbers drawn (5-9-18-22-35-48).
The cash value option was selected at the time of purchase and the jackpot winner will receive $11,992,501.82 before taxes. The prize has not yet been claimed. The claimant has 180 days from the date of the draw to claim the prize.
